Exercise gives you the advantage of increasing your metabolism making you burn more fat for hours after you exercise.
- If you want to lose fat permanently, you will need to not only begin an exercise program, but continue it and your healthy eating program for good. You need determination and perseverance to keep the weight off once it's lost. Maintaining a healthy weight and body composition may be the hardest part of getting healthy.
Natural fat loss is not impossible, and it may actually be easy once you get started. Finding the right eating plan for you may take some trial and error, but finding a plan you can live with is important in this journey, and will enable you to keep on going, even when it gets difficult. Finding an exercise program you actually like may also take some work, but once you find the right thing, the weight loss and fat loss journey will take you to places you have never been.
